During my time as a member of Alpha Chi Omega, Kappa Omega Chapter, I was voted to be apart of the Executive Board and Chapter Relations and Standards Board. I served as the chapter's Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This gave me the opportunity to foster stronger relationships amongst the members and promote and inclusive environment where everyone felt at home.

My responsibilities as VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion included:

• Curating and facilitating interactive activities to strengthen cultural awareness, empathy, and connection amongst members.

• Collaboration with Executive Board in reviewing and implementing policies that promoted DEI initiatives. 

• Serving on the Chapter Relations and Standards Board, where I evaluated member concerns and collaborated with other board members to reach fair resolutions.
